CA Sri Niwash Jha [FCA, B. Com (Hons)] is founding member of Sri Niwash & Co. He has accomplished accounting professional with 10+ years of expertise in tax planning and compliance for start-ups and large scale of entities. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant from ICAI India and holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. He has previously worked with Small and Medium Size of public accounting firms for nearly 7 years in Delhi, and later moved to own firm. During the years, he worked at local accounting firms which provide financial planning, accounting and tax services to various businesses which includes various sectors such as Financial, Industrial, Health Care, IT Consulting Companies, Import/Export, and other industries.
He is passionate about delivering quality services to existing client and assisting Domestic and International clients on planning for the start-up organizations in India. He owns the end to end responsibility of Client’s tax and accountancy strategy so that client can focus on main business goals and their outcomes.
His areas of expertise are Accounts, Finance, Project Financing, Credit Appraisal, Auditing and Taxation. He has also been actively involved in preparation of Financial Statements, Annual Reports, Consolidated Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Disclosures & Notes to Accounts, and Memorandum to Audit Committee/Board and related Annexure.
